Zach Monette is a landscape painter. Born and raised in South Florida, he studied art at the University of Central Florida where he received a BFA in Sculpture. Zach’s paintings highlight the diverse scenery and light of his adopted home of New York and his native Florida. Zach is most inspired by landscape painting that bridges impressionism and realism, and enjoys exploring subjects with big skies and rich perspective and distance. Zach lives in the Hudson Valley with his wife and son, working and playing along the Hudson River.
